"THE ENTREPRENEURS’ UNIT” IS GOING TO COORDINATE ACTIONS DURING THE ELECTIONS TO LOCAL COUNCILS WITH THE COALITION "NEW GENERATION"

"The entrepreneurs’ unit” is going to coordinate actions during the elections to local councils with the coalition “New Generation". This was said to BelaPAN by the leader of "entrepreneurs’ unit", the chairman of the Coordinating Council of Private Entrepreneurs in Minsk, Alexander Makaeu.
He said that the council of "entrepreneurs’ block" decided to join the list of candidates for deputies of the coalition "New Generation". "We are interested in fighting for national values and democracy together with the youth, and defend the interests of the entrepreneurs' movement," – pointed out Alexander Makaeu.
According to his words, 14 people from "entrepreneurs’ unit" intend to be candidates over Minsk. Previously, the list of "New Generation" of Minsk included more than 40 activists of the youth democratic organizations.
One of the leaders of the coalition "New Generation" Dmitry Dashkevich welcomed such a decision of the "entrepreneurs’ unit. "Of course, it is very well that on the eve of important political campaigns Belarusian society tends to consolidation. Negotiations with employers on the general activities have held for long time. Now it resulted in the development of joint tactics in local elections. Therefore, the candidate of the "New Generation" will be able to talk to voters not only about youth issues, civil liberties, but also about economic reforms, supporting small and medium business, " – said Dashkevich.
He noted that the results of filing documents for registration and the number of registered candidates will be announced after March 15, when submission deadline to register candidates finishes.
Now the coalition "New Generation" consists of nine youth movements, including "Young Front", "Right Alliance", "Youth of BPF” and others.
